About Streamline Solutions

Streamline was founded in Melbourne Australia in 1990 by David Tang. In 2001 Streamline was the first company in Australia to receive investment funding from the prestigious INTEL Communications Fund. In 2009, Streamlines' eTP framework was adopted by SilverlakeAxis to power the front end for all its core banking customers. Over 60% of all banks across Asia use SiverlakeAxis core banking. Prior to founding Streamline, David was the CIO at Motorola Australasia.

Our flagship product is eTouchPoint, a flexible front office automation platform built on the Microsoft .Net framework. Extensibility is the key strength which allows it to deliver functions including single client view, data integration, CRM, business intelligence, workflow automation, enquiry management and more.

The customers that use our solutions are not limited by sector. They span banking & finance, airlines, contact centres, healthcare, utilities, education, retail and government. Approximately 60% of the leading banks in South-East Asia use front office solutions built on eTouchPoint.
